A third component, the network completes our definition of the systems integration landscape. The network, be it the internet or an internal intranet is vital to communications and the sharing of information to achieve business objectives.

Requirements Development and Analysis - As organizations look for faster technology and pursue system upgrades, it is important to develop a technology roadmap. This roadmap begins with the analysis of the current environment to assess which components still have useful life and the development of detailed requirements for the new system. We help clients assess their true needs and development requirements which balance cost and anticipated benefit.

LAN/WAN Design, Installation, and Management - BTL is capable of handling all aspects of local and wide-area networking including hardware and software installations. Consistent with our other services, we begin with a detailed design plan around which system components are added to maximize the effectiveness and value of the integrated solution.

Software Development, Management, and Installation Oversight - BTL assists clients in the development of software products with project management and implementation support during roll-out. Many of our services, while not listed in this client service area, directly support the software development process. Examples include configuration management and risk management.
